Where this character appears
The official manual states that playing Blooming Flower Festival makes Badtz-Maru available as a partner. It does not add a score threshold or specify that every difficulty must be cleared.
What to record in your notebook
Use the Character Tracker for partner availability, friendship stars, outfits received and your own collection goal. These are personal observations; they are not automatically read from your console. A mini-game appearance alone does not confirm a selectable partner slot.
Keep the evidence boundary clear
The game has more than 145 character appearances and 16 partners according to Sanrio. This profile records the supported role above; it does not invent birthdays, unlock thresholds, sticker IDs, abilities or reward rates.
