Local records
Sticker labels, character notes, assignments and progress stay in this browser’s localStorage. JSON export downloads a file you control. Import reads your selected file locally. There is no tracker cloud account or automatic console connection. Browser clearing or private mode can remove data; export a backup.
Optional Google Analytics 4
When an independent GA4 stream is configured, this site loads Google Analytics only on partylandguide.wiki after you choose Allow analytics. It can collect page URLs, session and first-visit information, coarse device/browser details and anonymous tool-action events. Google processes network metadata such as the IP address in providing its service. Google’s own policies describe its processing.
Cookies and consent
Before a choice, optional analytics is off and no Google tag is requested. Reject is as easy as Allow. Consent is remembered locally for 180 days; change it with Privacy choices in the footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track disable analytics here. Declining does not disable the tools. We do not send advertising signals or enable personalized advertising.
Minimized event data
Events use predefined action and tool categories, numeric progress and a verification-traffic marker where applicable. We do not send typed search terms, item labels, notes, player names, email addresses, passwords, imported JSON or other personal text to analytics. Search terms are counted only as an internal-search action category.
Withdrawal and local deletion
Choose Reject analytics at any time to stop collection and remove this domain’s accessible GA cookies. Clear local tracker data from the tool only after exporting anything you want to keep. Revoking consent stops future collection; it does not erase data already processed by Google. Use the Contact page for privacy requests. We do not sell tracker records.
Contact form and retention
If you submit a message, this site’s private Cloudflare D1 inbox stores its topic, message, optional reply email, receipt ID and time. A secret-salted IP hash, hour key and single-use nonce enforce spam limits; the raw IP is not stored in that database. Messages are not published or sent to analytics. Messages older than 90 days are removed during the next form-token or authenticated inbox request, rather than at an exact scheduled expiry. Expired standalone form tokens are cleared after one hour, and token-issuance counters after about 24–25 hours on those requests. Message-attached hashes and nonces remain with the message until its deletion. For earlier deletion, send a Privacy request and quote the receipt ID.
