The official manual places the Waterwheel next to the Creative Labo. Approach with Waterwheel Tickets and use the game’s interaction prompt to draw. The site does not spend tickets or connect to your console.
Get tickets
Tickets are obtained over time and from helping characters with hide-and-seek. Use the drone camera to help find the requested character. Exact time intervals and ticket reward quantities remain unverified.
